Häufige Fragen rund um Heblad Betonprodukte

Alles zu Lieferung, Garantie, Aufstellung und Sicherheitsnormen

Wie wird geliefert?

Die Lieferung erfolgt inkl. Aufstellung am Wunschort (ebenerdig, bepflastert) mit einem 40T LKW mit Ladekran. Die Reichweite des Krans beträgt 5 Meter, danach werden die Produkte mit einem Hubwagen weiter transportiert, aber nur über ebene, bepflasterte Flächen ohne Hindernisse. Vor Ort wird mindestens eine weitere Person zur Annahme/Aufstellung der Ware benötigt.

Wie lang ist die Garantie?

Heblad gewährt 10 Jahre Garantie auf die Konstruktion der Tische und 5 Jahre Garantie auf die Haftung des Lacks.

Muss der Untergrund befestigt sein?

Nein, das ist an sich nicht erforderlich, da sich das Gewicht der Betonprodukte gleichmäßig auf die Beine verteilt. Diese können also auf sandige Böden, Gras- und Erdflächen, sowie auf Pflasterung aufgestell werden. Nur wenn der Boden sehr weich ist, kann es zu Problemen kommen. In diesem Fall empfehlen wir, den Untergrund durch Asphalt, eine Pflasterung, Kies, aber auch eine Betonplatte zu befestigen.

Wann wird geliefert?

Die Lieferzeit beträgt zwischen 2 und 4 Wochen und erfolgt nach telefonischer Absprache. Sie wissen also genau, wann die Lieferung erfolgt.

Muss der Untergrund exakt waagerecht sein?

Für Betonprodukte wie Tischtennisplatten, Fußvolleyballtisch oder Sitzbänke ist es nicht erforderlich, dass diese komplett waagerecht stehen. Beim Betonkicker stellen wir den Tisch mit einer Wasserwaage auf, damit die Bälle nicht immer in eine Richtung laufen.

Wieviel Platz benötige ich zum Aufstellen?

Für die Fußvolleyball- und Tischtennisplatten benötigst du ca. 7 x 4,5m Aufstellfläche, für die runde TT-Platte ca. 7m im Durchmesser. Der Betonkicker benötigt ca. 3x3m. Schaue dir die jeweilige Detailzeichnung für genaue Informationen zu Breite, Höhe und Abständen an.

Welcher Norm entsprechen die Betonprodukte?

Alle Heblad Produkte entsprechen der europäischen Norm DIN EN 15312:2010-12 für frei zugägliche Multisportgeräte und sind GS-zertifiziert.
