Die Vor-Ort-Montage können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Der Monteur war pünktlich, sehr freundlich und hat äußerst sauber und professionell gearbeitet. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass er viel Erfahrung mit Billardtischen hat. Der Tisch wurde sorgfältig aufgebaut, exakt ausgerichtet und alle Einstellungen wurden gewissenhaft vorgenommen. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass er sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen hat und uns direkt Tipps zur Pflege des Simonis-Tuchs sowie zur richtigen Reinigung und Nutzung des Tisches gegeben hat. Solche Hinweise sind gerade für Einsteiger sehr hilfreich. Bei einem hochwertigen Billardtisch dieser Größe und Gewichtsklasse würden wir die Montage jederzeit wieder dazu buchen. Das gibt Sicherheit, spart Zeit und man weiß, dass der Tisch von Anfang an perfekt aufgebaut ist. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein Wort: Hammer! Ich gratuliere euch zu diesen Kollegen. Kommunikativ, Kundenorientiert, schnell, sauber - einfach super. Der Tisch wurde professionell aufgebaut, ausgerichtet und erklärt und das alles in einer professionellen Geschwindigkeit. Keine Hektik aber zügig und versiert. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die Jungs für diese angenehme Erfahrung von Kundenservice!
