Sehr gute Kommunikation, pünktlich und exakte Lieferung eines hervorragenden Produktes.

Das Produkt an sich ist gut und hätte mehr Sterne verdient. Was mit zu dem Abzug veranlasst hat ist die Zahlungsabwicklung. Wir haben das Geld bereits 4 mal an die Firma überwiesen. Es kommt immer wieder zurück. Beim ersten mal haben wir "zu früh" überwiesen. Wir dürfen erst nach Lieferung bezahlen, dann hätten wir die falsche Bankverbindung verwendet. Wir haben die Angaben zur Bankverbindung aber von der Firma erhalten und es ist jetzt die dritte Bankverbindung, die wir genannt bekommen. Wir hoffen, dass der Fall nun endlich erledigt ist...
