Unique production process
The WINSPEED foosball balls are produced in an elaborate two-colour injection moulding process. In this process, the colours of the balls are not simply printed on, but the raw material is dyed accordingly. The raw material used is highly impact-resistant polystyrene, a thermoplastic material,
which is particularly characterised by its resistance, temperature and weather resistance.
This production process makes the WINSPEED footballs absolutely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable and colour-fast. The ball surface in the traditional football pattern is free of seams and injection moulding residues. Due to the smooth and fast ball surface, theWINSPEED kicker ball has optimal running properties.
This special, complicated production process of the WINSPEED balls is registered as a patent and additionally registered as a trademark at the Patent Office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal and theball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. This means that the WINSPEED foosball ball can be played on all standard foosball tables.
The WINSPEED foosball ball is also ideally suited for use in the promotion sector precisely because of its versatility. On request, individual colour combinations can be varied and produced separately.
